Hi, Jen here! Today I'm sharing a 3D card using Tonic Studios Wonderful Wishes, Santa's Little Village Stamp Set. Oh, this is the cutest set ever! Love all the little trees and houses. I'm sharing a briliant 10% Coupon Code for the Tonic Studios Shop!  Tonic Studios UK  UK 10% Discount CODE Tonic Studios USA  USA 10% DISCOUNT CODE HERE   Instructions Stamp out your images using Nuvo Hybrid ink (or ink formulated to use with alcohol markers).  Stamp out 2 sleighs, 2 street lamps, 9 trees, 3 presents and an elf.  Colour in images with the exception of the sleigh body and the lamp.  With your lamp and sleigh second image, colour in your body and lamp. Now fussy cut and adhere to the coloured image. This gives a 3D look. With your 3 stamped houses: colour the windows on one, the roof on one and the house body on one. Fussy cut out and adhere with foam pads for a 3D appearance.  Cut to size a DL Panel, and 4 wavy snow hills (I just used my scissors)....

Today is World Card Making Day! To celebrate, I've taken part in a card swap with a fellow crafty soul. My partner was a lovely lady named Tracy and she's made a beautiful die cut card. I'm always honoured to receive anything handmade and am so appreciative of the time, effort and love put into cards and projects. Thank you so much, Tracy! For my swap, I went with a new technique for me (no pressure then!) - no-line watercolouring. This wasn't easy but after a little practice I sort of got the hang of it.  My finished card isn't perfect by a mile, but I enjoyed the process and hope that my swap partner likes it. Hi friends! Today I share a very special birthday card using Nuvo Aqua Flow Pens and the new Craft Perfect Smooth Textured Cardstock. It's awesome for wet medium! Instructions Stamp out multiple stamped images with your Nuvo Hybrid Black Shadow Ink Pad onto Craft Perfect Smooth Textured cardstock (Allow to dry or heat set). Using a paintbrush and a little water, colour leaves with Evergreen Fern and Sliced Kiwi Aqua Flow Pens. Next, colour florals with Apple Red and Mango Mimosa. Fussy cut your images and work out card arrangement. Stamp Happy Birthday. Mat and layer gold mosaic and bright white cardstock onto an A6 cardblank. Assemble. finish off with white ink splatter. I had a lot of fun making this card and it was the first time since June assistance fussy cutting wasn't required. (broken arm but healing well now). It's the little things in life, right?
