Hi friends! I've had the Heartfelt Corsage Stamp Set for a good few weeks now and decided to make another card, this time trying out some Cosmic Shimmer, Shimmer Shakers.
What are Shimmer Shakers?
Put simply, they are vibrant dry pigment/mica powders that are activated with water. Once dry, they leave a luminous, saturated shimmer and sparkle. Can be used in light and dark card for a variety of finishes.
To paint with Cosmic Shimmer Shakers all you have to do is sprinkle your desired colours on any non stick surface. Activate by adding a little bit of water.

- Stamps and dies come in high quality plastic envelopes with a tab for labelling and binder holes on the side and are compatible with Tonic Studios A5 binders.
Instructions:
- Stamp out your images onto watercolour card with Black Onyx Versafine Ink.
- Colour the floral images with a layer of Shimmer Shakers. I've used Lush Pink and Bright Sunshine for the florals. The leaves were Bright Sunshine, Lime Burst and Cornflower Blue.
- Once dry, die cut your stamped and coloured images, and place them directly onto an A2 card blank for positioning, but do not adhere.
- Stamp your sentiment, then add foam pads behind your floral die cuts. Trim.
- Add Nuvo Diamond Sequins to finish.
The colours are so shimmery and beautiful and I really enjoyed using these Shimmer Shakers for the first time. They'll definitely be making a re-appearance in my crafting! I hope you've enjoyed my project post today and that the sparkle shines though.
