Hi Friends! Today I'm sharing three cards using Distress Oxides and the Altenew Sparkled Stamp Set. It's been awhile since I've used layering dies and I adore this set! We've made three cards and I hope you like them as much as I do.
Materials
- Distress Oxides - Worn Lipstick, Picked Raspberry, Seedless Preservers, Cracked Pistachio, Peacock Feathers, Antique Linen, and Tea Die.
- Memento Black Ink
- Foam Pads
- Nuvo Deluxe Adhesive
- Black 290gsm Papermill Direct
- White Super Smooth 300gsm Papermill Direct
- Stampendous White Embossing Powder
- Tim Holtz Trimmer
- Tonic Forged Scissors
Stamp out all flowers and leaves using a stamp platform to save time.
Card 1 - Sparkle with all your heart
- Stamp out floral with Memento Black then follow the layers with Worn Lipstick & Picked Raspberry, Seedless Preserves. The centre of the flower is stamped with Antique Linen and then Tea Die.
- Stamp out the leaves shown with Memento Black ink then use Antique Linen, and Cracked Pistachio & Peacock Feathers.
- Die cut or fussy cut flowers and leaves.
- White heat emboss Sparkle with all your heart onto black card.
- Assemble elements onto an A2 card and add sequins to finish.
Card 2 You were born to sparkle & shine
- Stamp out floral with Memento Black. Stamp one in layers of Worn Lipstick & Picked Raspberry, Seedless Preserves. Stamp another in layers of Cracked Pistachio and Peacock Feathers. The centre of the flowers are all stamped with Antique Linen and then Tea Die.
- Stamp out the leaves shown with Memento Black ink then use Antique Linen for one, Cracked Pistachio & Peacock Feathers on 3, and Worn Lipstick and Picked Raspberry on two.
- Die cut or fussy cut flowers and leaves.
- White heat emboss You were born to Sparkle and Shine onto black card.
- Assemble elements onto an A6 card and add sequins to finish.
Card 3 - Be your own kind of awesome
- Stamp out floral with Memento Black. Stamp two in layers of Worn Lipstick & Picked Raspberry, Seedless Preserves. Stamp one in layers of Cracked Pistachio and Peacock Feathers. The centre of the flowers are all stamped with Antique Linen and then Tea Die.
- Die cut or fussy cut flowers.
- White heat emboss Be your own kind of awesome onto black card.
- Assemble elements onto a mini slimline card and add sequins to finish.
