Hi there!

Hello and welcome to my little corner of creativity. Here, I find peace and joy in the art of papercrafting, where each project is a gentle journey into the beauty of handmade treasures. Whether you're here to learn, find inspiration, or simply enjoy the process, I hope this space brings you as much happiness as it does to me
Hello, hello, hello! Fall is in the house and it's so beautiful here in Cornwall. Autumn is my favorite time of year with all the changing colors and crisp weather. This floral spray is perfect for a slimline card, however, I've trimmed it to a mini- slimline card today. The sentiments in this set are just as beautiful as the image, it's simply amazing in every way.

Instructions
  • Stamp out image with alcohol friendly black ink.
  • Trim panel 5.5 inches x 3 inches.
  • Cut a piece of tulle the same size as your panel and set aside.
  • Color with Copic markers.
    • Florals Y17, YR04, E08.
    • Leaves Y17, Y28, YG67, G94.
  • Add white gel pen markings on your leaves and florals as highlights.
  • Use white acrylic ink for a little splatter over image.
  • White heat emboss sentiment onto black card and trim to size.
  • Trim black card panel 5 5/8 inch by 3 1/8 inch
  • Assemble your card panels onto a mini slimline card base.
  • Carefully place your tulle over the top of your card and attach the sentiment with foam pads and wet glue.
  • Add gold embellishment half balls with wet glue. This will help to hold the tulle in place.
  • Gold heat emboss a silver paperclip and add it to your card for some added interest.
  • Line the inside of your card with pumpkin colored card and a personal message to finish.
One more point of interest on this card is the paperclip. This was a regular silver paperclip that I gold heat embossed. I'm really into using small detailed elements on my cards but don't always have them in the right colors. With a little bit of thought I'm usually able to come up with a fix, and the embossing worked a treat here! As long as you are careful you can heat emboss several times, just make sure you separate the clip as the embossing powder will stick the clip together. It also gets HOT! So be careful with your fingers.
I've loved making this card and it's being sent to a special friend of mine named Suzi. I love her and want to tell her she's in my thoughts.

    Lots of love, kittenmoose.
