MMH Add on's as follows: (the buy it all contains each of the following products at a great discount)

The poinsettia and argyle background stamp are used on both cards today.
Project 1 - Focus on Embossing
This is the first card I made as soon as my parcel arrived and could have played for days with these two stamp sets.
Instructions:
  • Clear heat emboss an A2 piece of black card using the Argyle Background stamp.
  • Gold heat emboss the large poinsettia floral spray onto watercolor card.
  • Color in the image with Kuretake Clean Color Brush Markers, leaving the mistletoe white.
  • Once dry, die cut your image and use a black permanent fineliner to color in all the white areas and edges. t does take some time it's totally worth it.
  • Add white acrylic ink splatter.
  • White heat emboss Merry Christmas in white puffy powder (from main kit), onto black card, trim to size.
  • Assemble your poinsettia and sentiment onto your A2 stamped card panel, and then adhere to a black A2 card base. Add Red Berry Nuvo Drops to finish.
I adore this card and that argyle stamp is just perfection!
Project 2 Focus on Hero Hues Poinsettia
My second project uses the same products but looks completely different.
Instructions
  • Use the White Puffy Powder (in the main kit) to heat emboss the Argyle image onto black card. The texture of the embossing powder really makes the pattern look knitted! How cool is that! Trim a piece to 5.25 inches by 1.25 inches and set aside.
  • Stamp the poinsettia image with Hero Arts Intens-ified black ink onto watercolor card.
  • Color in the poinsettia with Hero Hues in Blue Hawaii, and Purple Galaxy.
  • Color the Small flowers with Purple Galaxy, and the little leafy spray and centre of the poinsettias with Lemon Drop. Use water to make lots of splatters on the poinsettia. The Hero Hues react with water so you can color with them like distress inks.
  • The greens/reds are Kuretake Clean Color Brush Pens.
  • White heat emboss Merry Christmas in white puffy powder (from main kit), onto black card, trim to size.
  • Adhere your piece of white embossed stamped image onto an A2 card blank (on the right side).
  • Use foam pads to pop up your poinsettia onto your card, and add the sentiment to the centre of your image.
I love the contrast on the card and think the pattern works so well with the poinsettia.
Both of these cards are relatively easy to create and I didn't worry too much and light and shadow or coloring perfectly.
Sometimes you just have to have fun and remember that being creative doesn't mean you have to be perfect.
I still have so much more to share with you this month and I'll be back soon!

  2. We know that most all comic book style Super Heroes have special outfits to protect them. Consider if you will Spider Man, Super Man, Super Woman, Batman, Flash and Aqua Man. Even the more modern versions of the Super Hero motif all have special uniforms, which allow the characters to go beyond the human abilities. Without the suits the Super Heroes are mere mortals and unable to access their super powers. reviews of Miamisuperhero
