Hi there!

Hello and welcome to my little corner of creativity. Here, I find peace and joy in the art of papercrafting, where each project is a gentle journey into the beauty of handmade treasures. Whether you're here to learn, find inspiration, or simply enjoy the process, I hope this space brings you as much happiness as it does to me

Hi everybody! Today I'm sharing a different type of post with you, but hope that you love it. I've used materials from Hero Arts to embellish my boxes and candles that I've made for Christmas gifts this year!

*Thank you for using my affiliate links to shop, your support means so much to me, and I shall endeavour to share as many inspirational posts as possible.

Now, I won't bore you with the candle-making part, but please let me know if this is something you want to see in the future and I'll see what I can do. I'm still in the process of making my sets up but the candles and boxed are made and ready to have those special touches added for the holidays.

I thought the background stamps from Hero Arts were the perfect designs to cover my boxes and have worked out really well! There are two different rubber stamps that I'm using and you can see the first one on the Olive Card and the second one is in the background stamped onto vellum. Both are so gorgeous and I love them!
I also stamped the same image onto red card for to place on the candles, as well as the scraps left over from the olive stamped card. I attached ribbon to the lid and base of the box for some extra special festive joy before considering my next steps.
I've gone for this super cute mug, complete with marshmallows, holly, whipped cream and a candy cane! It's the perfect little image for my box of gift candles.

To finished, an olive green tassel  and personalised tag (not shown for privacy) was added to my gift box. I so enjoyed making my own candles and little gift boxes this year and can't wait to send them out to my friends!
If you can see, I've even stamped on the cardboard inside of the box. It's all those little touches that I love adding and make for special gifts. Thank you for visiting me today and if you have any questions, please pop me a message in the comments section below and I'll do my best to get back to you as soon as I can.

    1. Hi Marisela! Oh yes, I announced the winner on Instagram. Apologies for not posting here, but I'll put it in my blog post today. I'll make sure to post winner announcements in my blogs from now on, thank you for reminding me. Also, so much thanks for your kind words and for supporting my blog, it means so much to me! In 2022 I'll be sending cards to friends, and I'd love to include you in my list, if you're comfortable with that.
