Hi friends, what a month it's been here in England! We've had record heat, and now we're in the middle of a pretty bad storm. I much prefer the cooler weather but it's one extreme or another at the moment.

Today I'm sharing a spooky slimline card that's really fun to make.
Instructions
- Trim a piece of smooth cardstock 8.25" x 3.25". Create a circle mask and place it towards the top middle of your piece of card.
- Ink blend your card panel using Distress Oxides, making sure your circle mask doesn't move.
- Squeezed Lemonade, Spiced Marmalade, Candied Apple, Seedless Preserves, and Villainous Potion.
- Remove the mask and you'll be left with a perfect moon. You can swipe through the moon if you want to add some of the colors across, but for this card, I wanted it crisp and white.
- Use the Slimline A Cauldron of Bats Stencil with Paper Glaze Velvet, color Blackboard. This paste dries matte but has a velvety feel. Set aside to dry or use a heat tool.
- White heat emboss onto black cardstock, a sentiment from Here for all the Boos stamp set.
- Trim your stencilled panel down to 8" x 3". When I'm using pastes, I like to have my panel a little larger than needed, usually a 1/4". This means I can trim the panel and have clean, sharp edges.
- Attach the stenciled panel onto a piece of black cardstock 8.25" x 3.25".
- Trim the sentiment, add foam pads and place it on your panel.
- Add Spooky Town Sequin Mix Plus to the panel, including a white ghost by the sentiment.
- Adhere to a slimline card base, 8.5" x 3.5".
I had a great time making Halloween cards, it was so much fun!
Lots of crafty hugs,
Jen
