I had the luxury and pleasure of using the colour me images in different ways so thought I would share a few of my samples with you today. Today I would like to share a few of my makes for the recent 'Boutique Floral' collection from Craftwork Cards. The collection is so beautiful and delicate and I absolutely love it. You can currently see it  here  and further inspiration can be found on Pinterest here .  It's been a hectic month and was nice to check out for a couple hours at a time and sit and craft. I don't know about you but when I come in from a long work day, making pretty things helps me to relax and unwind.  My first share is this really cute crate/gift box that is perfect to fill with chocolates or cookies as a little thank you or just because treat for someone. I've made up a few more of these since and everyone has loved them!   Next I created a 6x6 card and box, which is perfect for that girly birthday.   A 5 minute CAS card using the die cut flowers and double sided papers. It's been another crazy week for me here in Conrwall and the weekend couldn't come soon enough!  For this post, I knew I wanted to use the same little deer I used last Christmas but in a different way. I purchased some Hunkydory acetate, and rummaged in my Craftwork Cards sentiment stash to create a few really modern cards.  I had to rack my brain for a while to figure out what I was doing but once I decided on full acetate cards, it came together quite nicely. Materials used: Hunkydory snowfall acetate Craftwork Cards sentiment two memory box dies (deer and tree) adhesive Stickles, felt paper ProMarkers embroidery thread.  Although these cards are quick and easy to create, they're also quite effective and very modern looking. I cut and scored the acetate to make a 5.5 x 4.24 inch card and then hand cut the shape for the snow. You'll need to make sure you cut through two layers of paper or felt so you can stick one on the opposite side, which will cover any signs of adh...

So I knew I wanted to use some of my Visible Image stamps but hadn’t thought too much about it. I decided to go with the the ‘Sparkle in The Rain’ and ‘Live in The Moment’ stamps sets.  I’m thinking this tag I created is pretty original and haven’t seen anything like it before. However, I have a habit of thinking these things and then find 3293034 similar designs on Pinterest! Ha Intending to make a card, I stamped a few sample images and cut out for placement. After faffing about for about 10 minutes I realised it wasn’t meant to be a card – rather a large tag. Starting again, I got my Brusho colours out as I’ve wanted to use them for ages. I grabbed an A3 piece of watercolour, ripped it up into large pieces and had a little play. A few of my fingertips are still blue but I think it was worth it having decided on blues and green with sequins. And it's a bit of a whopper at 3 1/2 by 6 1/4 inches.
